Dip pretreatment processes generally involve workpieces being fed through the system using overhead cranes. Items are dipped in separate tanks to undergo the integrated finishing processes.

The processes in dip pretreatment systems may consist of one or more fluid processes where each process is carried out in separate tank sections. The advantage of using this type of processing is that it is suitable for situations involving assembly line production requiring high levels of productivity and situations involving production items of such a nature (length, height, weight etc.) that handling of the products is of paramount consideration.

AABO has supplied several different dip pretreatment solutions, all tailored specifically to customer requirements.
