Our F-series site welding machines combine experience, functionality, and durability for daily jobsite use, along with high mobility and flexibility.
In addition to the compact hydraulic control unit, the hydraulic machines for d 50 – d 1600 mm come with a basic machine featuring a removable external clamping ring for easy fixation of short joints. This makes the machines ideal for use in confined jobsite conditions. Larger dimensions d 2000 – 3500 mm are designed and manufactured on request.
The F-series heating elements comply with DVS 2208 standard and are equipped with high-quality control units and non-stick coatings, optionally available with easily replaceable non-stick surfaces for larger wall thicknesses.
The durable facing units are equipped with high-torque drives, safety locks, and double-sided high-quality blades, ensuring long service life and low spare part requirements.
Compact and lightweight hydraulic units are operated via a sensitive hand lever valve, allowing for easily adjustable welding processes. An integrated pressure accumulator compensates for pressure losses during the welding cycle and reduces the need for adjustment.
Various reduction inserts are available for all common pipe types and sizes, along with a wide range of accessories and tools.
