Workshop Machines for Pipes d 315 mm – d 2400 mm
For welding PE/PP/PA/PVDF* pipes and fittings with diameters ranging from 20 mm to 2400 mm, our W-series welding machines offer users a wide range of applications. In addition to welding standard pipes and joints, these highly productive workshop machines are particularly focused on the production of segmented fittings and special components.
The robust design of the machines and clamping tools ensures secure and precise fixation of the pipe parts to be welded. Opening, closing, and clamping are carried out manually or hydraulically, depending on the application. Depending on the machine type, welding forces are generated by spring force, hydraulics, or electric servo drives. The current pressures and forces are displayed using scales, pressure gauges, or digital displays, depending on the welding system.
Our heating elements are fully DVS 2208-compliant, equipped with high-quality control units and non-stick coatings, with optional easily replaceable non-stick surfaces for thicker pipe walls.
Depending on the version, the sturdy facing units are available with manual, hydraulic, or electric drives. They are equipped with high-quality double-sided blades that maximize service life and reduce the need for spare parts.
Optional logging units or CNC controllers are available, along with reducers for differently shaped part geometries, common pipe types, and dimensions. A wide range of accessories and tools completes the delivery program.
