A washing room works in the way that all workpieces are placed in a separate room, access doors are closed and the operator carries out a manual washing process.
This washing process may consist of one or more processes where all processes are carried out in the same chamber. The operator carries out the washing process by using an integrated high-pressure cleaner which usually offers 1-3 processes.
The advantage of using this type of washing chamber is that it is suitable for situations involving either batch runs where factory floor space is at a premium and situations involving workpieces of such a nature (length, height, weight etc.) that handling of the products is of paramount consideration.
